Shipping Policy

SHIPPING Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours and are shipped through third party registered logistics service .

 

For orders within Delhi NCR, we deliver in 2-3 working days and rest of India we deliver in 6-8 working days. We use FedEx, Xpressbee, Ecom Xpress, Dtdc and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes . You will be notified when your order is out for delivery via Email & SMS. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT we will provide you the Proper email / SMS confirmation and tracking details.

Return/Replacement  Policy

We do not have a Money Refund or Product Return policy.

We offer a simple and easy 3 days Product Replacement policy to you. In case of damage or defect, We will do the Replacement of product with new piece of same design only.

Please note the below for Replacement/exchange your Moltbox purchases.

 

Inform: Share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you need to replace. This should be communicated to us within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. You can email us at moltboxteam@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 8368283732 to inform us about your replacement and we will call you back to explain you the replacement process.

 

Replacement: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your product. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the us which was charged at the time of purchase and adjusted afterwards. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

 

Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24hours about the receipt. Upon quality check,  We will initiate  replacement or coupon code process as per our Refunds policy.

Once we are done with replacement of product once, Please make sure customer do a proper unboxing video of replaced parcel as without a proper unboxing video we won't be able to initaite replacment of the replaced product at any cost. If customer failed to proper unboxing video of once replaced product, No return, No refund and no replacement will be proceed at any cost. This policy is made to prevent fraud and fake product exchange and quality purpose.
